In 2017, Elkoplast won a tender for roll-off containers for green waste at the ASN Abfallwirtschaftsbetrieb Stadt Nürnberg. The containers have a hydraulic lid that can be opened or closed with a aku screwdriver via hydraulic system, and thus the physical strength of the operator is no longer needed.
