Foldable Containers
These containers offer a wide range of applications, in particular as storage of materials to which no special storing regulations apply, warehouse of material on the detached workplace, as mounting or dispatch container.
Constructed with a retaining tray, the containers are used as a manipulation warehouse for the storage of materials with a risk of leakage from packages. The containers are intended for combustible materials with a flashpoint in excess of 100 degrees Celsius.
This container has been issued with "TUV TYPE CERTIFICATE".
The containers are manufactured in lengths 2,25 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 meters, construction with retaining tray of length 2,25 and 3 meters.
Foldable storage containers are made of trapezoid sheet metal of 0,75 mm thickness, bearing sections of 2 mm thickness and wooden bottom of 35 mm thickness. A double-wing door 1390 x 1390 mm with a handle and a lock is placed in the front wall or a single/double door in the sidewall. The container is equipped with cradle attachments.
The containers are delivered dismantled and may be stacked up to 7 layers. It is possible to combine various lengths on a truck. It takes 1 - 2 hours to assemble. The containers may be also delivered assembled.
The FCA storage containers do not include a spill pallet. The FCB containers are fitted with a spill pallet made of a 2,5 mm-thick metal sheet. The volume of the pallet is either 275 litres in the case of a 3-meter-long container or 202 litres in the case of a 2-meter-long container
